Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your email].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [your email] with details and photos of the issue.

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
